Took A While - But We Got There

The original price was set too high in a deteriorating market hence the sale took quite some time. The property of somewhat unique but Gary showed determination and with some price adjustment achieved the sale. We clearly rated Gary as being a cut above the others in the local area and have no hesitation recommending Gary to others.
